About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to the website operated by Ozanix Partners FZE LLC (“OzaniX Partners”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
Ozanix Partners FZE LLC is a consultancy and advisory firm registered in the United Arab Emirates, providing integrated business services across healthcare and other sectors.
Use of the Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content without permission, or submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
We may restrict or suspend access where misuse, security risk or unlawful activity is identified.
Professional Information
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, investment, recruitment or other professional advice.
You should obtain advice tailored to your circumstances before making business, financial, operational or commercial decisions based on information published on this website.
Enquiries and Discovery Calls
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a discovery call does not create a client relationship. A professional engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing to the scope of services, responsibilities, commercial terms and any required engagement documentation.
Recruitment Services
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through recruitment or career forms is accurate, complete and truthful.
Submitting a CV or application does not guarantee an interview, placement, employment offer or future opportunity. Candidate information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
OzaniX Pulse Application
OzaniX Pulse is a subscription mobile application made available to authorised users within organisations that hold a separate services agreement with Ozanix Partners. Access to Pulse is provided for the term of, and subject to, that underlying agreement.
Your organisation is responsible for the accounts and users it authorises to access Pulse, and for keeping login credentials, including any biometric authentication set up on a device, secure.
Pulse displays business performance data connected from your organisation's own systems, including insurance claims platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Pulse, particularly where it depends on the availability of third-party systems we do not control.
Pulse, including its software, design, branding and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Ozanix Partners FZE LLC. Your organisation receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pulse for its own internal business purposes, ending when your underlying services agreement ends.
Use of Pulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the app processes and how to request account deletion.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, layouts, reports, presentations, downloads, service descriptions and other materials are owned by or licensed to Ozanix Partners FZE LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from website materials without our prior written permission.
Client Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations, discovery calls, advisory engagements, recruitment assignments, financial reviews and strategic projects will be handled with appropriate confidentiality, subject to applicable law and any separate contractual terms.
Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices.
Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free operation. We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ozanix Partners FZE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss arising from use of the website, reliance on its content, interruption of service, errors or omissions, or use of linked third-party websites.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, retain and protect personal information.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the website after publication means you accept the revised terms.
