Recruitment and Candidate Information
Candidate information is used for recruitment and talent-management purposes. Unless a longer period is required by law, candidate records may be retained for up to 12 months so that candidates can be considered for suitable future opportunities.
Candidates may request earlier deletion, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that require us to retain specific records.
Client Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations, discovery calls, financial reviews, strategic engagements, recruitment assignments or advisory projects is treated as confidential and is accessed only by authorised personnel or trusted service providers where necessary to deliver our services.
AI-Assisted Services
Ozanix Partners may use secure AI-assisted technologies to support research, reporting, document preparation, analysis and operational efficiency. Where professional judgement is required, AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by qualified professionals before they are relied upon or delivered to clients.
OzaniX Pulse Mobile Application
OzaniX Pulse is a mobile business intelligence application for healthcare groups, giving authorised users a live view of clinic financial, operational, insurance, HR and marketing performance.
Pulse does not collect, store or process patient health records or any personally identifiable patient information. It works only with business-level performance data.
When you use Pulse, we may process:
- Account and authentication information, including your name, work email and login credentials, managed through OAuth, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
- Business performance data your organisation provides or connects, including financial, staffing, insurance and marketing metrics.
- Device and app usage information, including app version, device type and basic diagnostic data, used to maintain and improve the app.
Pulse may offer biometric login, such as fingerprint or Face ID, as one multi-factor authentication option. Biometric data is processed entirely by your device's own operating system. It is never transmitted to, or stored by, Ozanix Partners.
Pulse is read-only: it does not write back to, or modify, the source systems it connects to, including insurance claims platforms such as DHPO. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is hosted with UAE data residency, or within your organisation's own environment where agreed.
Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your OzaniX Pulse account and associated personal data at any time.
To request deletion, email hello@ozanixpartners.com from your registered account email, with the subject line "Pulse Account Deletion Request". Please include your organisation name so we can verify the request.
We will process valid deletion requests within 7 business days. Once processed:
- Your login credentials and personal account information will be permanently deleted.
- Cached app data tied to your account will be removed from our systems.
- Business performance data belonging to your organisation, rather than to you individually, is retained under your organisation's own service agreement with Ozanix Partners, and is not deleted on an individual user's request.
- Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law, audit or contractual obligation.

International Processing and Sharing
As an international consulting business, we may work with clients, candidates and business partners across multiple jurisdictions. Personal information may be processed using reputable technology providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security safeguards.
Information may be shared where necessary with trusted technology providers, professional advisers, recruitment partners, or governmental and regulatory authorities where legally required.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we continuously seek to maintain appropriate safeguards.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, reporting and dispute-management requirements.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent or object to certain processing activities.
We will review and respond to valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal information, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
