How do I get my clinic on insurance networks in Dubai?
Once your facility licence is active, you apply to each insurer or TPA network with your licences, clinician details, list of services and proposed prices. The insurer reviews the file, may negotiate tariffs, then signs a provider agreement and sets you up on its claims system. A complete, well prepared file for each network is what speeds it up.
What is insurance empanelment?
Insurance empanelment is the process of getting a healthcare facility and its clinicians approved onto an insurer or TPA network. Until you are empanelled, insured patients cannot use their cover with you, and you cannot bill the insurer directly.
Do you offer empanelment as a standalone service?
Yes. You do not need any other OzaniX service to use it. Many clients come to us only for empanelment, and some later add revenue cycle or licensing support.
Can you handle mental health insurance empanelment?
