How We Help

What Licensing and Regulatory Actually Involves.

02

Clinician Licensing

Handling the registration and licensing process for doctors, nurses and allied health staff.

03

Renewal Management

Tracking every licence and renewal date across your facility and clinical staff, so nothing lapses unnoticed.

04

Regulatory Compliance

Keeping your clinic aligned with current DHA, MOH and DoH requirements as they change.

05

Accreditation Readiness

Preparing your clinic for an accreditation or inspection, with the documentation and processes it expects to see.

06

Regulator Liaison

Managing correspondence and queries with the regulator on your behalf.

How We Work

A Clear Process, Not a Retainer That Never Ends.

1

Understand

We review your current numbers, systems and reporting, and talk to your team about where the pressure actually is.

2

Define

You get a practical scope: what we will do, over what period, and what it costs. No open ended retainer.

3

Deliver

We do the work, on the agreed cadence, with clear points of contact.

4

Hand Over or Continue

Some clients need this ongoing. Others just need the function stabilised, and their own team taking it from there.

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions.

What is the difference between a facility licence and a professional licence?

A facility licence covers the clinic itself: its premises, its services and its medical director. A professional licence covers each individual clinician. A clinic needs both, and every clinician working there must hold an active licence with the same regulator that licensed the facility.

Do you handle licensing in emirates outside Dubai?

Yes, our licensing and regulatory work covers the UAE more broadly and other GCC markets, not only Dubai and DHA.

Can you take over licensing for a clinic already operating?

Yes. Many clients bring us in specifically because renewals and compliance had become reactive rather than managed.

Do you handle the regulator relationship directly?

We manage correspondence and submissions on your behalf where appropriate, while keeping you informed at every step.
