About This Role

OzaniX Partners is the GCC's first integrated managed services ecosystem built exclusively for healthcare, bringing Finance, Technology, HR, Recruitment, Insurance, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Company Formation, and Digital Growth under one partnership. We are looking for a Business Development Associate to bring new clinic and hospital group clients into that ecosystem across the UAE and wider GCC. You would be reaching out to clinic owners and healthcare leadership, introducing OzaniX's full range of services, and helping set up discovery calls that our founder personally runs. This is a commission based role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys opening doors and is not discouraged by early no's.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective healthcare organizations across the UAE and wider GCC
• Introduce OzaniX Partners' full service offering, spanning finance, HR, insurance, regulatory affairs, procurement, company formation, and recruitment
• Conduct initial outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a consistent pipeline of leads
• Schedule discovery calls between prospective clients and the founding team
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and lead status within our internal platform
• Follow up consistently with warm leads until a call is booked or the lead is disqualified
• Provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts on new business activity

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client facing outreach is required
• Healthcare industry exposure is a strong advantage but not mandatory
• Comfortable with cold outreach and genuinely undiscouraged by rejection
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus given the regional market
• Organized enough to manage your own pipeline of leads and follow ups without close supervision
• Self motivated and consistent, genuinely drawn to commission based, performance driven work rather than a fixed salary structure
• Comfortable working remotely if not based in the UAE, staying responsive across time zones
