OzaniX Partners partners with clinics and specialized centers across the UAE and wider GCC to place Pediatric Speech and Language Therapists as demand for early communication and developmental support continues to grow across the region. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our healthcare provider network for immediate and upcoming roles, with placements matched confidentially based on your licensing status, clinical background, and location preferences. Requirements
You'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Speech and Language Therapy from a recognized institution. A valid DHA, DOH, or MOH license is ideal, though we also consider candidates who can realistically obtain one soon. We're looking for at least three years of pediatric experience, including work with speech delay, language disorders, articulation difficulties, stuttering, and communication challenges linked to autism spectrum presentations. Experience with structured language assessments and building individualized therapy plans is important, since parents and referring physicians expect clear, measurable progress, not just general sessions. Comfort working alongside occupational therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists as part of a shared care team matters here, since most of our clients treat the child as a whole rather than one issue at a time. You should be confident using electronic medical records and keeping session notes clear and current. Strong English is required, and Arabic or French will help given the patient mix here. Above all, we're looking for someone patient and naturally good with children, since building trust early on makes all the difference in this kind of therapy.
