We are currently recruiting on behalf of our healthcare provider network for immediate and upcoming roles, with placements matched confidentially based on your licensing status, clinical background, and location preferences. Requirements
You'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. A valid DHA, DOH, or MOH license is ideal, though we also consider candidates who can realistically obtain one soon. We're looking for at least three years of pediatric experience, including work with sensory processing difficulties, fine and gross motor delays, autism spectrum presentations, and general developmental delay. Experience with structured assessment tools and building individualized treatment plans is important, since parents and referring physicians expect a clear plan of action, not just general exercises. Comfort working alongside psychologists, speech therapists, and psychiatrists as part of a shared care team matters here, since most of our clients treat the child as a whole rather than one issue at a time. You should be confident using electronic medical records and keeping session notes clear and current. Strong English is required, and Arabic or French will help given the patient mix here. Above all, we're looking for someone patient and genuinely comfortable working hands on with children, since that's what earns trust with both kids and their parents.
