About This Role
OzaniX Partners partners with clinics, wellness centers, and hospital groups across the UAE and wider GCC to place licensed Clinical Psychologists as demand for structured mental health support continues to grow across the region. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our healthcare provider network for immediate and upcoming roles, with placements matched confidentially based on your licensing status, clinical focus, and location preferences. Successful candidates can expect a fast moving, structured process — from initial screening through to client interviews, once matched to a live opportunity.
Requirements
Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution. Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license, or demonstrable eligibility to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience across adult and/or adolescent caseloads. Demonstrated competence in evidence-based modalities — CBT, trauma-informed care, and related structured therapeutic approaches. Experience administering and interpreting standardized psychometric and diagnostic assessment tools. Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team (psychiatry, nursing, social work) and contributing to shared case management. Working familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation standards. Strong command of English; Arabic or French is a strong advantage given the regional patient mix. Culturally sensitive communication style suited to a diverse expatriate and local patient population. Genuine interest in relocating to or remaining in the UAE/GCC on a long-term basis. Notice period and current visa/licensing status should be clearly stated at application stage to speed up matching.
