About This Role
OzaniX Partners partners with clinics and hospital groups across the UAE and wider GCC to place senior mental health specialists as their behavioral health services expand. We are currently recruiting Consultant Psychiatrists on behalf of our healthcare provider network for immediate and upcoming roles, with placements matched confidentially based on your licensing status, experience, and location preferences. Requirements
MD/MBBS with recognized psychiatry specialization (board-certified or equivalent). Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license, or demonstrable eligibility to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe. Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience, including both outpatient and inpatient exposure. Demonstrated experience managing a broad caseload — mood disorders, anxiety spectrum, psychotic disorders, and substance-related presentations. Comfortable with structured diagnostic assessment tools and multidisciplinary case collaboration (psychology, nursing, social work). Working familiarity with electronic medical records and standard clinical documentation practices. Strong command of English; Arabic or French is a strong advantage given the regional patient mix. Clear, empathetic communication style suited to a culturally diverse patient population. Genuine interest in relocating to or remaining in the UAE/GCC on a long-term basis, not a short-term contract. Notice period and current visa/licensing status should be clearly stated at application stage to speed up matching.
